I just had leftover mash potato chicken and gravy in the fridge. I usually go for leftovers first, it's easiest. Other than that, cook an egg, put on either toast, english muffin or bagel and make it into a breakfast sandwich, by adding cooked broccoli, or spinach or tomato or ham or cheese.

Scrambled eggs on either toast or a toasted bagel. Perhaps a nice smoothie to go with it too or a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Grapefruit, OJ, waffles, crepes with whipped cream & strawberries, grits, biscuits & gravy, coffee, muffins...

There are a few that I'd be able to whip up with what I have, but I wouldn't suggest eating all that a once. ;-)
