the caffeine found is chocolate comes from the actual cocoa bean. white chocolate is chocolate with the cocoa solids extracted and replaced with cocoa butter, so basically because white chocolate contains no actual cocoa solids it contains no caffeine.
hot white chocolate would follow the same story. the cocoa solids would be removed from the powder they use aswell.

Milk Chocolate ingredients:
sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, milk or milk powder, and vanilla
Cocoa: contains small amout of caffeine http://www.ellenskitchen.com/faqs/caffeine.html
Therefore, there is caffeine in white chocolate, as long as it has chocolate and as long as it has a mixture of cocoa.
According to Dunkin's website: https://www.dunkindonuts.com/aboutus/nutrition/Product.aspx?Category=Beverages&id=DD-968
I don't see any caffeine that is listed in their ingredients, although, some chocolate drinks like nestle hot cocoa, is 99.9% caffeine free (http://www.verybestkids.com/Brands/NestleHotCocoa/faqs.aspx).
I advise you to ask the company itself.

You would have to ask them. Traditionally I would say no as there is actually no chocolate at all in "white" chocolate.
