Strawberries apparently help your body absorb more fiber but I only use them if theyre really sweet.
Blueberries, and apples and/or bananas with cinnamon are the best!

Sliced Bananas on Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Multi Grain Cheerios. I also like Resse Peanut Butter Crunch

I usually mix strawberries and bananas. I've never tried apples!

My 9 yr old sitting next to me says bananas first, strawberries second. I like peaches. BUT when I am feeling like I want to be really healthy, I put blueberries and razberries on for their antioxidant effect and anti cancer properties (the razberries)
