this morning i was dirving "84MPH" in Rt 32 Albany NY where the speed limit is "55MPH" and i got a speeding ticket does anyone know how much am gonna pay fo it "what is the fee"

You will pay over 200 for the ticket itself. You can add that 300 dollar surcharge fee as well. Dont forget the increase your insurance will add. Also, if you are going 30 or more mph, they could have taken your license away on the spot. You may have is suspended/revoked depending on your dirving record.

Well i'm not sure about the speeding ticket policies in New York, but in Texas, its $140 for going to ten miles and hour over the speed limit and $10 more for each mile over that. But if you were 25mph over the speed limit, They take away your licence and pay a hefty fine. But i doubt the laws are the same.

Where I live, it depends on your past record, in other words, if you have a history of speeding tickets, you pay a higher fine. Not sure if that applies in YOUR state.

besides the fees, you will get points and then your insurance will go up for 3 years.so it is alot in the long run so slow-down. Take if from someone that knows.
