Yes, it is important to celebrate all Holy Days (holidays?) including those like All Saints Day, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, and teh Assumption.
The last two are not entirely about Mary, but also about those promises we have if we remain in Christ.
The Holy Days are opportunities to celebrate and share our life with God. Do not neglect them.

Yes.
The Catholic Church follows the Biblical practice of Jesus Christ and the Jews where the entire Church celebrates holy days (not holidays) that are important spiritually, historically, or both.
Easter is the most important holy day in the liturgical year.

I understand catholics to be christians - which means they believe in the birth, death and ressurrection of Jesus Christ. Those are the only two days that are important in the christian calender, the rest indicate laziness and lack of understanding.

It really is; we can celebrate Ramadan and Hanukkah while we partake of wine and the three fishes.
I urge everyone to visit this site.

Easter and Christmas. Good Friday. The others don't matter much.
