"God never bought me a Mercedes......" That alone sounds like a selfish statement, so it is not any wonder you do not have a Mercedes. Try working harder and saving up instad of just wishing for one, and perhaps you have a Mercedes in a few years time.

I do not love money, it is the form of evil, and thinking god is better... I prefer to do things on my own, without letting any idea of god influence me at all, so answering your question, I don't think either are better than the other.

Well, think about this, God's love for me lasts forever and ever, money lasts for a short period of time. I'll say love for God is the better option.

Why should God buy you a Mercedes? You probably don't need it.

You can not love two masters at the same time, one you have to love and the other you despise.

If your heart is with your wealth then it is very hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of GOD.

And the most is the love of GOD for everything is with HIM. For GOD said I have come that you might have life and have it abudantly.

All the while people sees the things that are of physical and in quantity but they forget about the peace of mind, sleeping peacefully at night, good health, good family and children and good education, good employment all this things are considered wealth.

Are this not enough to say that the love of GOD is with us and as we love HIM too.

Money is worthless once the power and authority of one country is lost, it becomes a plain paper.

God is better. God gave you life. If it wasn't for God you wouldn't have been born, you wouldn't get your mercedes, nor food, nor MONEY! He gave you love. And remember, God will give you salvation (in heaven, He will give you tons of mercedes and more stuff than you can ever imagine!) God is soooo not imaginary!!!!

Dear Friend,

The love of God, consider the following from Gods word the bible:

Luke 12:22Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[b]? 26Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

And Also

The Rich Young Man
Matthew 19:16Now a man came up to Jesus and asked, "Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life?"
17"Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments."

18"Which ones?" the man inquired.

Jesus replied, " 'Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, 19honor your father and mother,'[d] and 'love your neighbor as yourself.'[e]"

20"All these I have kept," the young man said. "What do I still lack?"

21Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."

22When the young man heard this, he went away sad, because he had great wealth.

23Then Jesus said to his disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. 24Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

The bible teaches us that through faith God will privide for us everything that we need. We can not serve God if we are preoccupied with lining our own pockets, and after all if a person is a true Christian and really believes in the resurrection, then what good is money anyway? Have faith, trust in God, Jesus as savior and be guided by the Holy Spirit and you can truly be free.

The following scripture sums it up:

Matthew 6:20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

God Bless

The love of God!

Following God will lead you to Heaven, and you'll be in that beautiful place long after your Mercedes has rusted away or has been melted down and recycled.
