to tell you frankly, having that disability is an advantage to find a sincere girl. but you should also know that it is along process. when choosing a girl for you, always be realistic and sincere. Always remember, love comes slowly if your eyes were set already to this girl, try answering these questions before moving on:
1) How you can rate her general personality and friendliness? (one way to determine whether she's a shallow minded girl or open minded through her group of friends)
2) Have you ever talked to her not just about lessons but any other general topics? Was she a good concersant or just just being polite? (atleast you'll know her reception on your situation)
3) Can you balance a healthy relationship to the fact that you have physical limitations?
If you can answer some of these questions then i think you can move on the next level of letting her know your intentions..

You need to saty positive and this will be glowing all over your face. By saying you are disabled is neagtive and turns off people. Going out is meant for everyone. Anyone who asks a girl out is prepared to be accepted or turned down. You should prepare for both. This is normal in the dating world. The best thing you can do to yourself is to try. then you can know what you need to work on

If your u then that's all that matters. Apperance shouldn't be everything and defiantly isn't everything in a relationship. GO for it. And if she doesn't like u then she's the loser who doesn't know whats she missing and probably wasn't right for u anyway. YOu'll only know if u try.

you can ask her if she wants to go get a pizza after school
