I am really considering buying this online today. Have had so many different medications from docs, nothing seems to work. Im 24 and have periods when I have hardly any spots then when I have an outbreak it can last weeks and they are really sore and ugly. I want to know if this is worth a try.

Proactiv does work, but it's brutal. It completely dries out your skin.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

yes right after you use it, then it gets oily since your skin is so try. honestly, i don't think proactiv is the solution to your skins problems. face it, its jus sm that they make you think ur problems are solved but they are not. as much as you and millions of others out there want to believe this is true, its NOT. just bc its huge publicly advertised doesnt mean its any better than other products out there, like over the counter ones. i strongly suggest you not to use it anymore bc its almost like a drug, make u more dependent on it, in the end you spend all that money and you will have a worse problem than before. ITS RIPOFF. those business ppl knows how to attract viewers and use celebrities like lindsey (who they paid like $2million to be the spokesperson) and jessica simpson (who reported said she doesnt even use proactiv, she used accutine)

I wouldnt waste my money on that stuff. A really good way to stop getting spots is to buy tea tree oil. You drip a few drops of it onto a bit of cotton wool and rub it onto your face. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET IT IN YOUR EYES THOUGH BECAUSE IT STINGS. This can be bought in superdrug for about £3 a bottle, but if used properly it can last for more than a month. It may sting the first couple of times you use it, but it works for me and I would recommend it to others. it does stnk quite badly. MAKE SURE YOU BUY PURE TEA TREE OIL and not a lotion or something containing it. It is usually in a small bottle

yes i bought it and i receive it every two months
i must admit, the damn thing DOES work
the very first time i used it, i couldnt stop touching my face coz it felt soooo soft and cleansed.
although i only use it once a day as my skin reacts a bit to the product if i use it more than once a day (stings a bit etc)
also, after washing your hands of the product, dont wipe hands on coloured towels, stick to white (as the product has peroxide and stains - as i later found that out on my gorgeous blue towel that has my hand print on it, sort of like a hypercolour LOL)
give it a try, there is a money back guarantee if you arent satisfied
