It's not major anxiety and depression but it is there.

The daft thing is I have been doing this job for 6 1/2 years and am capable of doing it.

Maybe it's just my bodys way of inducing adreneline to get me moving?

Maybe I'm just a nut case?

Or maybe it's all in the mind ?

I think you have too much on your plate. I have depression and it seems to me that you have anxiety, but possibly both. Becoming sick in the morning may be because you are extremely overwhelmed and nervous about what the day might bring. I do not think your anxiety will let up until you either start medication for it, go to counseling and/or therapy (not that you would have time for this now), or the anxiety may let up after you pass the BAR. You have an incredibly large amount of stress right now and until some of your "controllable" circumstances are addressed, I do not think it will get better. Xanax will help immediately, but may make you very sleepy. Try starting a low dose of Xanax and see how it affects you. If it helps and you can still study that's great. Lexapro is a good antideppresant. It probably would be a good idea to take it just in case but remember it takes a few weeks to get into your system before you notice any effect. Your morning sickness could be ulcers from stress. I really wish you the best of luck!

Well yes, it is all in your mind...that is where depression and anxiety starts...but you are not alone. I would dare say maybe 80% of the working people around the world share this disorder, at least at some level. Sounds like you got a good handle on it. As long as it doesn't stop you from going to work, no problem. You meet and defeat this challenge every week. So it is not a problem at all...just a bit of a nuisance.

There are multiple kinds of disorders that deal with anxiety. Although most can manifest in similar ways, these disorders generally occur due to different events in your life. Natural home remedies for anxiety https://tr.im/U68Yy
Generalized anxiety disorder includes persistent and unnecessary worries about everyday, common events or activities, which can disrupt concentration and lead to other issues, such as depression.

Thousands of people experience this anticipatory anxiety, that goes unperceived by others, and is stays unattended.

It will be more severe after an extended period of vacations and particularly after experimenting extreme joy.

Usually "cognitive psychotherapy" may help you restore your feeling of "well being" more quickly than with any other treatment.

Works and jobs should generate some kind of motivation for the individual, but with so many rules and regulations, many people begin to work while feeling "overwhelmed". The Department of Human Resources, should receive some recommendations from the employees to help provide a more positive environment.

It is normal. Everything comes from the mind. Anxiety and depression are different state of mind, just like happiness and anger.

The reason I said that your Monday morning anxiety and depression are from your mind because I got some experience.

When I was working 9-5 job, I always feel anxious and a bit depress on Sunday night and Monday morning. Later I switch job and got a shift job where I work from Wed to Sat. My anxiety and depression switch over to Tuesday. Now I am doing my own business and my anxiety only comes when there is a deadline to meet. Now I do not have Monday blues.

Tell me, is it the day of week or my mind that is creating my blues.

A few things helps :
- Meditation (Buddhism style). The weakness of your mind is that it can only focus on one thing at any time. Control your mind and focus on positive stuff.
- Yoga to help relax your muscle. If your body feels good, your mind feels good.
- Take a goal like learning something new. When your mind is thinking of how exciting it will be to reach your goal, you forgot all your anxiety.

I feel exact feeling although i work from home.
I suppose it is the idea of saying bye to a relax weekend where you don't have to think and worry and use your brains...(if you are not working weekend of course)

don't blame yourself for feeling like this. We all do!
Not only from working, you know bills will come on your post Monday morning, you will have to work hard as the week starts, in an office, gym, outside or even at home.

Just don't think today, think about it tomorrow, and you'll be happy tomorrow won't be Monday anymore.... and the best way is think about this on Friday. You'll be happier than ever!
