Yes I know it's the easiest thing in the world to make and therefore don't have a recipe of how many cups etc. Can anyone help me out? Also do you add interesting but optional ingredients to make it even better?

Ingredients
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 package (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows
or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies®
Directions
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal. Stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day.

Yield: 24 squares

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.

Microwave cooking times may vary.

Note

For best results, use fresh marshmallows.

1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.

Diet, reduced calorie or tub margarine is not recommended.

Store no more than two days in airtight container.

Chocolate Rice Crispy Squares:

These are so good and easy to make.

10 min 5 min prep
20 servings

3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package large marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups crisp rice cereal
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening

1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter on high heat for about 45 seconds. Add marshmallows; stir to coat. Microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave for 45 seconds longer or until smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Immediatly add cereal; stir gently until coated. Press into greased 13x9x2in baking pan.
2. In a small microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and shortening on 70% power for 1 minute. Heat in 10 to 20 second intervals until melted; stir until smooth. Spread over cereal mixture. Cool completely.

GO ANYWHERE KRISPY RICE TREATS

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 pkg. 10-oz. marshmallows
6 cups crispy rice cereal
Butter or vegetable cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows
and stir until completely melted. Add the melted mixture to
a large bowl and stir in the cereal until well-coated. Grease
a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or vegetable cooking spray.
Press the cereal mixture in the pan evenly and let set. Cut
into squares.

Variations:

Melt 6 ounces of semisweet or white chocolate chips and
spread over cereal mixture in the pan. (top with candy
sprinkles if desired)

Add 1/2 cup flaked coconut or 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
with the cereal.

Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter with the marshmallows and butter;
toss with the cereal.


Crunchy Fudge Bars

1 (12 oz) pkg butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
8 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp water

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter
over low heat; remove. Add cereal and stir until well coated. Press
half of mixture into pan. Chill while preparing fudge. Set rest aside.
Combine chocolate chips, sugar, butter and water. Stir over low heat
until melted. Remove and stir well; pour over chilled mixture. Spread
remaining cereal mixture over top. Press gently. Chill; remove from
refrigerator 10 minutes before cutting into bars or squares.
