We've got seven moggies, four are from the same litter and they are very vocal - to each other and to us.
The other three also "talk" to us.
Your Minnie is just being friendly.
Teach her some human words to respond to ... you can't say "Beryl" in this house without five of them turning up - Beryl (the feral) is the mother of the four who comes visiting for food several times a day (when she's not catching mice in the barn).
The others associate "Beryl" with food so they turn up.
Other words they know are "fish", "puss food", "spider".
I'm sure most of them know their names, but often answer to each others!

My 2 cats, also severn months old do this. They have been doing it since they were really small and their mother also does it. I call them my little gremlins when they do it and find they only do it when they are in a playful mood. I think it is them being vocal and talking to each other and talking to me. My little girl Bella chirps at me when she wants my attention and then she will come and give me a cuddle.

Both my cats make a noise like that when hunting something, such as a fly or another insect, do her whiskers twitch too, if so she has more than likely seen something she wishes to hunt.
