Sweetheart, age is only a number. It's an individual's maturity that counts on making such decisions. Let the decision be made when one feels ready to give up such a huge part of themselves.

But, I still think that as soon as they start thinkin' bout having sex, they should listen to that song that just came out called S.E.X., which is all about how some one should keep their virginity and not just follow the hype. If that song came out when I was 13, I might still be a virgin to this day. (and I don't mean that in a bad way)

Oh my, i was a junior in high school and did wind up marrying the guy. The loss of virginity is nothing to be taken lightly. If you love someone and they feel the same about you, then discuss it , and make sure that is something you both want to do. Do not do it with just anyone so that you can say you are no longer a virgin. Respect yourself as well as the one that you choose do have your first sexual encounter with. Remember to use protection too!

Little One? Society has taken you in the wrong direction. It's not about losing something, ( that is suppose to be very special to you). It's suppose to be about saving yourself. For that one Special Guy. Don't anyone, Especially some Guy. Tell you when it's time. You have to be old enough to know when you're in Love, or not. and you won't know that. Until you're, at least 21. You're only asking for trouble. If you allow someone to have something, That isn't theirs to take. Respect yourself. And be a Sweet Heart, OK? The Best to You, Princess!

I think you should be atleast a young adult over age 18 and losing it on your wedding night is the proper time to lose the virginity. I think it's so cool when people who love each other save their virginity until they are married.

19, and use protection. Also, make sure you a mature enough to handle it if the girl is impregnanted, that you have more than serious feelings for one another, and that it isn't just a game of conquest.

It has NOTHING to do with age - BUT with whom.
Because it should be sacrificed ONLY to the man or woman that you are IN LOVE WITH and for a woman, it is THE ONE PRICELESS GIFT that ONLY SHE CAN GIVE to ger her husband on their wedding nght !
