I'm not bothered, but she sits opposite me and its distracting. And I have work to do. She has also recently pulled me up about personal calls in work time.

She is your Boss ... written into all boss's contracts is a small line saying:
"Take the mickey out of timekeeping and ensure frustration ensues on all levels for subordinates"
Rule 72.1 of the managerial handbook, right next to the section titled "How to be arrogant without having a clue what to say or what you are doing" and just before the section titled "How to ensure all those that agree with you are given all the good jobs".

Then you also keep taking personal calls in work time too. If she asks you tell her that she takes personal calls as well. if she says that she is the boss tell her that she distracts your consantration.... dont let her to take a piss of you..and its difficult to work with a woman boss if you are woman too. if you're better looking than her or sharper than her, they might be jealous of you...

She does not seem to be such a fair boss.

She should set an example to her staff.

Unfortunately you can't tell her if she pays the wages as you may lose your job.

However I would have to tell my boss & suffer the consequences & I would say that you should lead by example if you wish to retain respect from your workforce.

Who needs to actually watch Soaps, on T.V. All you need is Yahoo Answers. There's soaps, unfolding, right before my Eyes. And without commercials!

This is not fair on you at all. Is there anyone that
you can talk to about this matter.
By the way - should you be on Yahoo if you are working?

To be fair I'm pretty sure that being on Yahoo Answers isn't in your job description pal.
