I'm 14, 75kgs, 5'8" and my waist is 36.5 inches
how do I reduce my waist size and my butt also?

eat less and work more n more....

be concious with ur diet. there's nothing u can do only by exercising. u also got to keep a chck on ur diet. no sweets, cakes, softdrinks, french fries, pizza, burger etc.,, forget them

start with having warm water early in the morning and night or as and when possible. since it nutralises the cholestrol in the food u ahve taken. stop having fat food since they get settled in ur butt n waist. start with walking for 20 min a day and increase the timing.

get a static sycle at home and start working on it. else lie flat on floor. lift up both ur legs up in air and pedal in air as if u r cycling. that will help to reduce both.

i know you might not want to hear part of my answer but you said your self your 14 give yourself a chance to grow into your body when i was 14i had virtually the same problem till i hit a growth spurt and mother nature took care of the rest for me. but if your more wanting immediate results i would recommend dancing the more the better believe it or not the more you dance and in turn move the more you use those muscles and in turn exercise them to give them a chance to slim down that waist and rear quarter.

buy a 5lb hula hoop and do it for 20 mins a day i will reduce your waist 2 inches a month and it also helps your hips and legs it's a complete cardio work out and fun..

Cardio exercise, 30 min a day and eat healthy meals, small ones each day.

you're a 14 year old boy...wat does it matter?...im not sure about those statistics since we usually go in pounds and watnot....but if you're morbidly obese (which i dont think u are)....good ol fashioned working out might be best...and quit worrying bout your butt....u should care more bout getting more muscle structure...
