Well, I met someone 2 years ago in a workplace. We kept seeing eath other at office many times. The interest was mutual. We were both attracted to each other! I never asked her out, but I was going to but could not be sure about my career at that stage. She said my family lives in Canberra...etc I felt we had a good shot together. Few weeks after that, I saw her once in front of the work building before I got sacked by a ruthless employer when my contract finishes with the first employer and I couldnot face her since then.... :(

She never knew the truth!
What does she say about me as 2 years have now passed?!..

that is why they say honesty is the best policy.if you really want to know how she feels or what she thinks you must go to the sourse but you need to be prepared for whatever you find as i am sure she has moved on with her life she might be married or have a child by now.only you know if this will be the right move for you so think before you jump and with any luck she may still be single and the 2 of you may have a shot now but always be honest instead of just leaving things the way you did.good luck

2 years is a long time. People move on with their lives, they should not dwell on the past and neither should you. I know it's hard when we feel we wanted things to have gone a different way and it's even harder when we'd like to have shown all of our best self. But accepting these things, moving on and learning from your mistakes and experiences will make you a better man and a whole lot stronger than you've ever been. If you still need to clear things up you can do so, but you should not expect to get anything out of it other than personal gratification and redemption. For her it won't make a difference emotionally. Like I said, she's moved on with her life.
