There is so much to say about healthy food that it is even hard to know where to begin.
To put things across shortly, healthy food should be food that adds nutrition that your body needs. It does not include food that is toxic and does not add value.
Healthy food includes lots of fruits and vegetables. It also emphasizes more on the greens and white meats rather than on red meats.
Examples of unhealthy food include canned food, preserved food, foods that are deep fried, white grains, white bread, fast foods and foods that are high in processed and refined sugar.

Less Oil,No deep fry,Lots of Greens and make sure you drink lots of water which is boiled.
Try Spinach,water grass,Broccoli,Chinese Cabbage.Lots of others Greens.
If you are OK with Non-Veg then...
Steam Fish,Stew Chicken and may be Stew Lamb.
