Why do some people have to go to the trouble of reporting answers that are not bad? I just got reported by Michael M

I know I got reported because I got an email about it and it had the answer to that question and I remember answering it. He asked if muslims can be liberal and he had a bunch of questions about eating bacon and stuff, so I turned him onto a website and told him to do a little research before making a choice. He was going to marry a muslim.

Jill- I answered that question too. To be fair, Michael M may not have been the one who reported you. Anyone who clicked on that link and read the answers could have decided to report you. What was the "reason" listed in the email you got? What is "insults/offensive" or something else?
I have gotten reported many times. Send an email to customer care and fight it. Sometimes you win and get your points back, sometimes you don't.
Don't let the world get you down, the world hated Christ before it hated us. God bless.

How do you find out who reported you? And some people, as you know, need to have every question and answer reported when breaking the Yahoo TOS for impersonation. Other than that, I usually don't. Not unless it's extremely offensive.

If you did not violate the rules then there is nothing to fear.
Some people (i have been told) stalk people and they follow them all over and just put in needless violations. I heard tell that Yahoo! does not make judgemental calls but when they get a lot of violations then they will do something. What? I don't know but I guess I will find if I get to my limit. LOL. Have you heard of anyone getting kicked off because of these violations? That would be a good questin.

Good question. two days ago I was reported for something stupid. I answered the question that the person asked, and he went and EDITED the question and took part of it out, and reported me for insulting another member. I made a copy of the original question and emailed it to Yahoo so they could see what he done.
