Well, you asked this about 1/2 hour ago.
Praying is just conversation with God.
You just talk to Him. Ask Him how they pray.

A description of how to pray is given in the Bible in the book of Mark, chapter 6, verse 5-13.
A relationship to God is personal and a prayer can be as simple as humbly talking to god. A good way to go would be to bow your head and close your eyes. Then thank God for the specific blessings in your life, then pray for his will to be done, then you could ask for his help or guidance in any aspect of life if you wish. You can ask for anything or mention any concern. God just wants you to come to him and pray. If you don't know what to pray, that's o.k., just do it, and it will come to you cuz the Lord will help you. Pray at any time and anywhere. Say a quick one sentance one or pray for hours. Then at the end you would say something like, "In Jesus's name I pray, Amen."
The book of Psalms in the Bible has many verses that could be recited as prayers also. Praying about things you are grateful and thankful for to God has a way of really opening good doors for your well-being and attitude in amazing ways. Try it.

Most of us bow our heads, some pray on their knees, some pray wherever they are, silently or aloud. Some pray the Lord's Prayer, "Our Father, who art in heaven..." Some pray everyday or many times a day for our families, friends, the homeless, the people in power such as our president, etc., our pastor, teachers. We pray for ourselves, our health, for the day to come, and above all, lest I forget, we praise God for all he has done for us, our family, friends, etc. The Bible says that God inhabits the praises of his people. We get strength for each day, abilities to cope with those in our lives, things too numerous to mention. No one can take away our prayers to the Almighty! Because we do not need permission to pray, since we were instructed to go to our closet to pray... we are to be in private, in other words. But if we are out in traffic, we can pray wherever we are!!
