my sincere question is thehuman being in the world touching and touching even animals, birds, pigs.dogs and snake with their hands, but in hindus some caste people, they are feeling as sin to touch the poor and low caste people

The Government should be doing something about this caste issue but is sitting tight lipped. Anyway, its high time the hindus wake up and do some positive works nd fight this system and treat everyone with respect.

Yes,they can through strict implementation of laws.
But the Politicians are not sincere due to vote bank politics.
