When we are at work he has never said hi or goodbye. Only to these two guys that work with me. Sometimes I don't notice that he has walked pass through me, so he just does not say anything. The weird thing is when Im doing my job he might say something out loud but not directly to me. For some reason, I just freeze that nothing comes out of my mouth. So after he has said something, I think I should have said something but it's to late.

I think he'll probably respond to you once you open up. It sounds like he thinks you're too preoccupied with work so maybe he doesn't want to interrupt you. Say "hi" and be more outgoing. I'm sure he'll start staying "hello" to you, too.

did you have falling out with this man at some time...you might try saying hello and see if he says hi back...if he is a co worker you both should have the decency to acknowledge each other..i seem to think more went on here not being said...just do the best you can..men are so unpredictable these days anyway...

THERE CLD BE SEVERAL REASONS WHY HE IS THE WAY HE IS. HE CLD BE GAY AND SO ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. HE CLD BE MARRIED SO ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. CLD BE A WOMEN HATER SO ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. HE CLD BE SHY OF WOMEN SO ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. HE CLD THINK HIS BETTER THAN WOMEN SO ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. HE CLD BE VERY INTERESTED IN U BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO SO HE ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. HE CLD BE NOT INTERESTED IN U AT ALL SO HE ONLY TALKS TO THE MEN. IF I WAS U, I WLD SAY HI, BYE, SMILE AT HIM AND BE FRIENDLY. MAYBE HE THINKS YOUR THE SNOB OR MAN HATER BECAUSE OF THE WAY U ACT AROUND HIM. EITHER WAY, IT WLD BREAK THE ICE AND MAKE THE WORK PLACE LESS STRESSFUL FOR U. IF HE IS INTERESTED, HE'LL COME AROUND.
