As early as 2 months old, I noticed my son having spasms( shakes his head like a mild seizure or somethin) just before getting to sleep(while i breastfeed him). And it lasted for 3-5 seconds. this happened 2-3 times a month up to now. Is this serious? What should I do?

The only way you will find out for sure is to take him to a doctor and get further investigations. An EEG will trace his brain waves and that it diagnostic for epilepsy. You need that done to know, we unfortunately cannot tell you one way or another

Get him tested. Take him to a neurologist and have an EEG (Electroencephalogram) performed. They might also want to do an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imager). These will show any scar tissue which might be causing seizures. They will also run basic neurological tests on him to make sure his neurological development is normal. If it does turn out to be epilepsy, there are many medicines you can give him which control it very well, and luckily many young children outgrow it. If he doesn't, I can guarantee it doesn't have to cripple him if he doesn't let it--I've had it since age 7, due to a brain abscess, I'm 43, and I have a law degree.

It may not be epilepsy but it is not a normal thing for a baby to do that. as seizures can be a result of impairment of oxygen delivery to the brain, it is best to check with your pediatrician about it.

My youngest would pass out over anything stressful, as little as running. He was diagnosed at 3.
Talk to your doctor about this. If they say he is just trying to get attention do not listen to them!! A baby is to young to be throwing tantrums.
Good luck and for his sake I sure hope he doesn't have them...
