I think we always wonder what might have been. Just human nature. I honestly believe all things happen for a reason we lost thoses things because they were not right for us and there is a bigger better plan out there for us.

We dont obsess about things we get to keep because we have them already. If we lose someone we loved and had a good time with...ist hard to turn of the reward centre of the brain. The reward is by having loving, lustful, good intense thoughts which triggers the dopamines and endorphins.

because we human beeings are weak.
we keep thinking on the things we've lost because we need those things. we learn to forget those things by the time.
take a look at this quote : Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.
have a nice day.

we cant take everything with us. there is no pyramid full of gold, food offerings and mummied servants waiting for us in the hereafter like some pharoah. if we feel something is 'lost' then we must have put some great value on it in our life for whatever reason and wish that valuable thing with us always. and why not? thats completely normal thought. peace

Because we alway wonder what might have been. A different road we might have taken and where we would be right now.
Best thing is to concentrate on what you have and make the most of it. Love and live life to the fullest then you will enjoy who you are with and what you have.

Some call it regret and some call it anger. Some call it hate. You regret having done something wrong or stayed with someone for the wrong reasons. Your angry about something someone did to you or that you may have done to them. You hate the person or thing that went or did wrong or that you did or went wrong. Conceptual love, what you may have thought was love, can make you linger in that place where you thought you were happiest.

It's hard to let something go especially if it's someone you love. You are so used to them being there for you then when they're gone you're alone! No one likes to be alone! It's the worst feeling ever!
