No, there are many conditions that can cause low sodium in the blood. One is SIADH. You can have your blood checked for soium levels using a whats called a BMP- basic meabolic profile, urine can be check for sodium. FYI yomomma is F.O.S., a CBC will tell you dick about an an electrolyte imbalance! A basic metabolic profile which measures sodium, potassium ,bicarb, chloride, glucose, creatinine and blood urea nitrogen is used to assess sodium loss. Yes overhydration is one of many causes but to be sure consult a physician.
