it is Mormon doctrine that Not all abortions are equal to murder.
Rape incest and the life of the mother are the 3 exceptions to the totality of christianity.
however i also know that in History if a child was born deformed or known that such a child could not exist, it was a practice to leave such children to animals. Survival was a greater need than to care for such children.
Terri Shaivo was a modern day example however, and many people said it was murder. but i read in the book of phillipines that sometimes it is better to die and go to the lord,

Not at all. I was faced with the abortion or adoption choice, I chose adoption. My husband was faced with the euthanasia choice when his mother was very sick and in pain, he chose to let her die naturally, in God's time.

Don't presume that we have shaky morals that change with the winds just because others do.
