its paranoia! No your not a bad person! its just your confidence level...
Why are u feeling like this? there are several theories.
Your either guilty.. have u done something wrong?
It could be physical.. do u stand out in terms of dressing? hairstyle?
It could be your facial expression.. Do you put on a sulky face very often or anything related?
Change the way u see yrself. and that will automatically change the way ppl look at you. For all u know ppl might not even be looking at you.
As u said, u FEEL someone is looking at u.
Medication wont work.
What u gotta do is, hang out with ppl most comfortable with, be yourself, as that will boost yr self confidence. yes it will.
Being around happy ppl will generate good aura around you. ( no kidding)
and thus u can overcome this rob of yours.. it all falls to tiume. Time will show u the difference later. Relax...

good luck and take care!

Your paranoid.
Sometimes I feel that way to , like everyones staring at you , making you feel insecure and different .I dont think your a bad person , I think maybe you could be guilty about something ? Or have you done anything wrong ? Told someone something you didnt mean to ? I dont really no what to recommend , but if you have happened to say something wrong to someone . You HAVE to sort it out , from what I can hear, its scratching away at your personal life and before you no it its going to be gone. I think you are a bit insecure . Try sitting down and writing all the positive things down about yourself, all the things that you feel good about . Forget about the bad things , just focus on the positive things. Then everytime you think bad of yourself look at the list . Try and sort things out with friends or familly . I dont actually think that people are staring directly at you , I think your being paranoid , calm down and RELAX more .
Hope It Helps

a bad person? do you feel guilty about something? maybe you can try softening up your view of yourself. i have social anxiety disorder and have found that alot of my problem had to do with the way i was judging myself. you'd be surprised how lethal we can be as judges on ourselves. not to step out of line, but sometimes those meds can do it too. i had to stop taking mine, because it was making me worse. try talking to your doctor to discuss if there's a way to balance you meds. hope it helps.

Just be yourself. Its not possible to impress everybody.Human biengs cant set standards for good or bad behaviour. The only person you should impress is you.Remember, you are best the way you are.

Recognize that your feelings are not reflective of reality. People are much too concerned with themselves to notice and judge you at first glance. Work to change your perception as much as you can.

Stop caring what others are thinking of you. If you aren't a bad person and you know this, what more is there?
