About JUDGE Vista Cookware?

Question

I need to know two things:-

1. What is the real address of the makers of Judge Cookware?

2. I have just used my new Judge 1 hole egg poacher. I lightly greased the cup (as one does) to ensure a quick ejaculation of the poached egg. It was stuck; with dexterity I smacked the bottom of the cup with the handle of a knife and Oh dear, there is now a deep groove across the bottom of the cup. Anyone any ideas about quick egg releasing??

2. You did the right thing, by greasing the cup. Maybe a better way to have released the egg would be to try to loosen the egg around the edges with a large spoon, gradually releasing the egg.
