I recently asked the question Why did satan leave heaven.? If god knows everything then he would have known how satan would turn out, and how adam and eve would react to him, and indeed the terrible state the world is in today. Please do not mention free will in your answer.

It often baffles me that when god couldn't handle satan, he despatched him to the world, then proclaims "woe to the world, because the devil has come down to you". If he - the supposed almighty - found satan too hot to handle, what can mortal man do? Moreover, how do we talk of omnipotence in respect of a god who repents? And so, he made man, then repented of it and wiped them out in a world-wide flood, then repented again! Such inconstancy of purpose, even in man, befuddles the imagination, how much less in a god!

The big thing for me about god is that if he knows the future then he must have known he was going to create humans long before he even had the idea of making them in the first place

Free will is a great bestowal that man should learn to use it wisely.
Lucifer is non existent: disobedience to God in man is satan.
Adam and Eve cannot be human ancestors; they are only figures in a parable.
God is omniscient, yes, He knows all things which are beyond 'the all things' conceived by human mind.
God is omnipotent, yes, He can do all things, this is also beyond our knowledge.
Other attributes of God revealed by Himself through His Divine Messengers are all beyond our knowledge.
It is really a pity for anyone among us who thinks that he is wiser than God.

God did not do anything to Satan because he (satan) had to choose which way he wanted to go. Adam and Eve also had the priviledge to choose and the state of the world today is as a result of that choice.

But I'm sure as you know, it is not doom for us; because of the cross, we know this state of things shall not continue, life shall surely be as God had intended it to be!

God has not set the future in cement. God does not know it 100%. He is like an architect that is building an apartment. He knows how the future is going to be, how the apartment is going to look.

He does not know if iron rod #325 is going into pillar #55, etc. Likewise, God does not know if this or that individual is going to do righteousness or sin.

Omniscient means all-knowing. Omnipotent means all-powerful.

Omniscient - knows all
Omnipotent - all powerful

But what a loving God, to know who we are and will be, and still create us, knowing that He would have to provide a way for us
to be reconciled to Himself.
