I'd like to learn a few important phrases in tagalog.?

Does anyone know of some good website with basic & intermediate tagalog phrases. If so, please list.

There are several websites, and here are just a few. You'll notice that some are prepared for specific purposes (tourists, adopters and even Mormon missionaries!). However the information is out there, and all you had to do was search (instead of relying on Yahoo! Answers).

I know there are books out there... I got a few for Illokano when i was in Hawaii.

As far as websites, I'm not sure, but here are a few phrases, spelled out phonetically:

Maganda ka - You're beautiful
Halikan amo ako - Kiss me
O po - Yes
hinde po - No
Masarap - It tastes good
oh siga - oh okay

Sorry, that's all I can remember, I'm still learning.

here is a useful site, translate from english to tagalog as well as other regional dialects cebuano, ilocano, etc. it helps if you already speak spanish as they're somewhat similar.

remember that tagalog words are pronounced as they are spelled (no long vowels such as A in acorn or I in side) or silent sounds; do not drop r's or t's.
