China Jack, aka Lin lin, aka Ping J, aka the Postcard Vendor of Shanghai, are all claiming to be from Shanghai, China.

living in Jiaxing will be very inexpensive $1 = 7.5rmb 1 - rent - 900-1200 rmb 2 - electric - that depends on you, how much you run your AC and heating, but I would guess it will be about 250rmb 3 - phone - 40rmb if you use it for local calling only 4 - food - depends you, eating out it will be about 40-50rmb per day, cooking at home it will be chepaer 5 - laundry, do it at home, they tend to ruin clothes here at the dry cleaners 6 - taxes - your work should help you with that monthly income - $1000 per month at least

My wife was born and raised there. Yes, she is Chinese. Fun place to visit but I don't think I want to live there.
