I've been seeing this gal now for 3 months...
Anyhows, weve been doing the normal stuff together, we generally take it in turns to pay for stuff, ill buy dinner, she'll buy cinema tickets, ect ect......

But at the moments she's skint (student) i dont have a problem paying for stuff, but she puts off doing stuff, B/C she has no money....
Is it all down to pride or something like that...?

We cant do 'nothing' for the next well 2 months...!

Just explain that you enjoy seeing her and that you enjoy spending time with her and you don't want to not spend time together over something as trivial as a few dollars. Also you can suggest other things to do that don't cost money or much money (cooking dinner at your place or hers, renting movies, walks in the park, etc.).

silly! why dont you suggest things to do that dont cost money.
just say hey lets go to the park and feed the ducks or lets borrow some bikes or tennis rackets and ride or play tennis at the park.
there are so many things to do together that doesnt cost any money. make pb&j's and bottled water and a blanket and read books together or to each other on a sunny hill somewhere.
do some art projects together on the paint program on your computer. :) have fun

if you don't have a problem with her going to school and you are hurt that she can't pay for outings right now, that's not pride.if you can, continue doing things and if you can,you pay for it.she will inturn take the roll again when she can.having no money doesn't mean she is intentionally trying to hurt you.it is just not possible if she doesn't have it.

Possibly...sometimes you have to consider what the girl is accustomed to and how certain transitions don't work very well with certain people...
