Well,it's written like that " Après moi le déluge " It's a french proverb and yes I would go with Maussy's answer that it's attributed to Louis XV (the 15th.)
The word-for-word translation would be "After me the flood"
But,it's used to express how selfish is someone !that the person cares for his own favor even if it would affect others feelings or others favors !
Ex. if100 people are hungry & I got one meal ...so I'd eat it ant let the others staring at me....Après moi le déluge
