Jews and Christians,be honest please?

First of all I'm an evolutionist(Atheist).I just want to know how many of you people link the word "Moon God" or "Moon Worshippers" when you hear the word "Muslim" or "Islam"

I challenge you, muslim never worship moon.
Muslims are only the purest monotheist who worship ONE God.

Christians worships holy ghosts and moon on monday, sun on sunday. I bet you.

Please don't equate Evolution with Atheism. There are plenty of Christian Evolution believers (Theist Evolution).
Second, no, when I hear the word "Muslim" or "Islam", I think "idol" or "false god," it doesn't matter what the idol originally represented.

Oh, and one last little tidbit, advocates of the Theory of Evolution generally do not like to be called "evolutionists."

it is very good Question ... I'm Muslimah and i heard about it before here .. and i wonder too where this come from .. or it is a new lie that they try to spread it like the Islam is religion of violence ....etc. many things i heard here about Islam and Muslims I found so much ignorance .. and u know .. it really kill me .. i fell satisfy when find some people ask question to know just to know it is really pleased me even if the question is against Islam .. but at lest they are trying to know the truth and i do respect that "seeking the truth of things " and it will happen with read and read from different sources then reach the truth .. never feel afraid from searching ... do u know to have a fear judgment about any thing u have to read all about this thing .. then make a true fine judgments .
in Islam who do that kind of searching his place is equal the prophets .
about the moon god or what ever they call .. if it was true so why we not heard that Muslim can worship moon or sun it is ridicules ...
The prophet Muhammad PBUH when he see the moon say "my god and ur god is Allah and there is no god but him one god"

First off...You say your an evolutionist(Atheist), but how can you be? What created the pond scum for things to evolve into? things don't just create themselves. You cannot be both an evolutionist and an atheist, because evolution implies a creator.

to answer your question...I didn't even know there was a link between moon worshipers and Islam.

I understand that there is a different way to say God in each language. Allah just happens to be the way to say it in Arabic.


Then again I think that science was correct in the fact that we evolved from simpler forms of life.
