Can't go wrong, got a 350 right. stone cold reliable motor. anything that runs decent for 1300 is a steal. That truck should run for another 20 years. On the Value side,, it's probably worth 2000 now or possibly 3000. value, however won't increase. it's not a late 60's or early 70's classic. Value should remain stable with inflation (2x in 20 years) and condition.

i bought my first truck ever, a Chevy Silverado last month AKA C1500 it's a1988 cost $1,700 Friends grandfather rolled it off the dealer lot in 1987 and now it's mine! great cared for shape.

When i checked on Value, i was shocked to see them going for more than $3000 with higher mileage than mine. Everyone tells me it'll run strong for a long time as long as i keep maintenence up.
