How should get famous in among my university girls...what acting please..?

I have lot of girls in our university..problem becoming famous among them....i can not simply talk with even a single girl in university.......note that i am honest...and good moral keeping person thats why i am facing this problem.......i feel shy...nervous, tension....etc...please help.......my age is running out .......and still i have no idea how to date...a girl in my university...

there were days i had nothing in university,,,,now i am sitting in my own office......all facilities available.....but of vain ....i am alone in this situation.....
my friends blame me for this by telling if they were in my place thay would have dozens of girls setting in this nice office.....
i am student at the same time i am doing my job........in the same department.....how lucky i am.......but why i am like this.....
my friends are jealous from me ....but i am nothing in this connection.....please help resolve........my tension....
