1) Those in charge said "120,000" troops when the generals said "250,000".

2) It's easier on both morals and morale when you fight a war of justice than a war of justification.

3) The side that can retreat will always retreat. The Iraqis can't retreat because it's their home, so they will never give up. (See also: China, Afghanistan, Palestine, Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt, etc.) The only way you will ever defeat your enemy on their territory is by genocide (eg. the British genocide in Tasmania, Israeli attempts at genocide in Palestine).

4) You will only be greeted as liberators IF you are there as liberators. The day the US lost was the day they raised a US flag in Baghdad.

5) The US has NEVER won a long war that it started; everytime it starts long wars (1812, Beirut, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq) it does no better than retreat.

The US only wins wars when the US was the victim or was declared war on (WWII) or when it picks cowardly fights with smaller enemies it can beat (eg. Mexico, the Philippines, Panama, Grenada). The US _thought_ Iraq was an easy target, just like Vietnam and Cuba, but is learning the hard way: the US has never had the balls to fight this kind of war.

The US wants easy and clean victories, which certainly explains why the US is the biggest developer and researcher of WMDs, both chemical, biological and nuclear.

This is the religious forum.

However, since you're here. Ask the fleeing Mahdi Army, the fleeing al Qa'ida terrorists, and the fleeing Sunnis who won the war?

(In case you're not watching the news, the all left Baghdad before the MIGHTY AMERICANS arrived. Just a thought: do you have a psychological need for America to lose? Is that the impetus behind making up stories like this?)

What makes you think we have lost, Saddam is dead, & many of his followers, & we are still in Iraq, a lost war is one where The Military will with draw all at once, & who has suffered the most casuallty. And by the way, if the USA unleashes her complete military might, Iraq won't even be on the map now. And your bin Laden is on the run. Why is he running if we have lost?

that doesn't greater wholesome the info. The French command grow to be nevertheless using strategies that went out of date interior the late nineteenth century, the Germans have been greater stepped forward technologically. Germany grow to be a much greater militaristic society, France grow to be democratic. The French forces have been purely crushed while Germany rolled in. The French had geared up the Maginot Line between the wars, yet did no longer bypass some distance sufficient. The German tanks went around it via Belgium and the Ardennes wooded area, which maximum folk concept grow to be impossible to ge great numbers of tanks via. The French military had neglected its military, Marshal Petain (Google him) had even doubted the effectiveness of airplane in conflict. certainly the folk you're quoting do no longer understand what they're talking approximately. Google the conflict of Verdun. The French misplaced tens of millions defendng Paris, at one factor, German officers would desire to work out the Eiffel tower with binoculars. The French became them lower back while an excessively-ambitious German generic, via the call of von Kluck (heavily) overextended himself and became his flank tothe French forces mutually as attempting to break via to Paris. (subsequently the saying - a dumb Kluck). The french fought ferociously for the duration of the two wars, they misplaced tens of millions of infantrymen, way better than the US and Britain blended. provide up listening to ignorant demagogues like Rash Limpbat, he does not understand the 1st element approximately conflict. He have been given out of provider through a pimple on his greater-than-important a**. do somewhat analyze on those wars earlier you bypass judgement on the French. Google Marshal Petain, the Maginot Line, Vichy France, the French Resistance, the conflict of Verdun, the conflict of the Marne.

We (Americans) can win a war in one day against the whole world in a day. (nukes) We don't know the first thing about occupying a country. Also we tried not to kill the bad guys but went strait for Baghdad when we should have killed all the militants.

The fact is, the Bible says certain things will happen, this is prophecy.
There are alot of events that have to unfold first before those things will happen...and they WILL happen.
We do not as yet know the outcome of this war, but we Christians know who is coming on the world scene, and Who ultimately wins in the end. It will NOT be allah. Guarenteed.
