I know there are 2 different one inch punches . There is the one I know that causes massive internal bleeding and can stop the heart that I know and there is the one that throws people massive distances ( I've seen a 5'8 skinny man throw a 6'4 giant with it at like 10 feet probably more), My question is how do you preform the launching one different from the internal bleeding one? I haven't been able to find anyone who knows it since I saw that one demo and I don't know that guy anymore

I can't really explain it well without a visual example, but here it goes.
First the strike starts with the attacking hand being on the same side as the back foot.
Second is the full body rotation toward the target with the striking hand pulling back to match the rotation. At the peak of the rotation the striking side foot should be up,( heel only ) to maximize the output of power as the striking hand makes contact.
Third would be the outflow of breath as the strike reaches its target.
Fourth is follow through, the striking arm should extend to 3/4 the distance of full extention.

This is not an easily mastered technique. I definately would not recommend trying this in a real fight. Its wonderful for demonstrations though.

Sounds like the one that Wing Chun go on about. Haven't heard about the one that causes internal bleeding though, stop the heart yes (it's an internal strike).
I understand the theory though behind it. For the one that propels people great distances you would have to change your energy from a sinking one to a long one. The internal one would sink the energy into the opponent but the one that throws would have to "push" the energy through. Here's a Website with a clip of a Wing Chun master doing the one inch punch.

You stand with your front to the wall and push at the wall with your fist in the first motion of your punch (retracted) until your arm shakes. Then proceed with the instructions above rest of your arm motions (half extended and fully extended). To make sure you are doing this correctly fill an empty and cleaned out metal paint bucket up with water then put the lid on with a rubber mallet and set it on a slick table. Then do your 1in punch, If it is done correctly the bucket should slide across the table and the lid fly off from the dent you made in it and the water it displaced.

Forget the one inch punch, just fight him violently in the most dirty, illegal manner when it comes to protecting your life. This ain't a fair and a square match. These are the mean streets. You will learn the most dirty wartime fighting skills that also can be used in the streets to defend your own life. This stuff is not for the local barroom fight or your drunk brother, cousin or friend that is fighting you, learn how to restraint him in a safe way because friends don't hurt friends. Friends watch each other's backs and ONLY DEFEND YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES IN A TRUE LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION.

See the Judo and jujutsu techniques used as the basis for training the military:

These techniques can kill because this is for wartime use or extreme cases of serious self defense.
