or under the weeding rules will it have been deleted? The new rules say there will be a permanant record. Help!! Will this caution show up in an enhanced crb check?

If this is in America, warnings are tracked but only locally. They do not appear on a driver's license history like an actual ticket does. If you are concerned it will be an issue for something, don't be. Local files even computer files are not accessed by anyone only criminal history backgrounds are. Your driving record is separate and warnings are not sent in.
