You can't uninstall it... You can however reinstall "over" it (you're not uninstalling it though, so there's a difference).
The procedure goes this way:
1. Restart your PC, and go to the BIOS setup. Look for the part there where you can select the "boot sequence", and make sure CD drive is booted first before the hard drive. Save and restart (you may now insert the installation disks).
2. If you've done the first procedure corrrectly, you should see it load the Windows installation disk. From there you can follow the prompts in installing your Windows XP.
Be warned though, if you have other softwares (i.e. MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, etc) who have installed certain files in the C:\WINDOWS directory (most softwares do -- in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32), then it is not safe to simply re-install. When re-installing, what Windows XP does is to delete the whole C:\WINDOWS\ folder and create a new one. However, other softwares who have installed files there are also removed (thus these softwares become useless -- meaning you have to repair their installation).
You can choose to Repair Windows (to replace damaged files) instead (but this is again literally not uninstalling), or do a complete installation of Windows.
A complete install though, would mean that you'll have to delete the partition, create a new partition and install (this can also be done through this installation process). Of course, if you're using other softwares, you'll have to re-install them too. But the advantage of this is you get a clean install of everything. It's like starting on a new life or something. Ah, virus-free Windows XP... for now...

Before start, make sure you have make CD-ROM as your primary slave, this configuration can u find in Bios (u can found it by press delete in keyboard after a second ur computer on).Beware to back up important data in flash disk or burn in CD-R or DVD-R Just insert the CD Installer, and it will start the autorun, select the full instalation, and then your computer will restart automatically, then follow the process, format the hard drive, then your windows XP will ask your regional settings and currency and also the name of the user of computer, then install the driver (like display, sound - this driver should u get when you bought that computer). Then Fell the Fresh and the Speed of Windows XP..... Good Luck.....

When you boot the computer from the cd, you should be taken to the Windows XP installation. If you arent taken to the XP installation while booting with the cd inserted, you will have to change your bois to allow the cr rom to boot first, because most computers a defaulted to boot from the hard drive first. You can enter the bios screen by hitting ESC or DELETE as soon as the system starts to boot up.
When the cd does load, you will have the chance to repair Windows XP or delete the current partition and install a completely fresh copy.
Good luck. Dont be discouraged if it takes you a couple of times, and be sure to backup any info in your my documents folder you dont want to lose.
