I think you are trying to ask:
If God can forgive someone of sin, why can't people forgive each other.
First: Only God can forgive sin-because sin is a offense against God Himself. Example: If you cheat on your significant other-you must ask their forgiveness-you can't ask a friend to forgive you-you need forgiveness from the person who you committed an offense against.
Secondly: Followers of the one true living God are called to forgive each other as He has forgiven those who accept His son.
Thirdly: People forget the Golden rule-treat others as you want to be treated-this is actually in the bible. If this rule was followed-the world would be a drastically different place.

If your question is: why don't people forgive since God does?
Because we are human and He is God. Do we always do as we should? I don't know anyone who 'always' does. Yes, we are to forgive when asked, but again, we are human. We are sinners.
Another point: God forgives 'sin', but he does not spare us from punishment. Not being forgiven by the person we have wronged is a punishment of sorts. We have to live with it.

Okay God doesn't have to forgive anyone because He "created" us to come here and learn from the negativity so why would He want us to not learn from our so called "sins", this earthly planet is here for us to better our souls. People don't forgive usually because they are judgmental and want to "condemn" us to Hell but we are already there

Because we as humans have a fallen nature. We tend to want to hold onto offenses and wrongs...usually out of pride and selfishness. And often times, I believe we don't have a big enough revelation of the Cross of Jesus Christ - exactly what His forgiveness means and just how far-reaching that forgiveness goes.

If I understand the question correctly, people usually do forgive you for "sin", if they are even bothered in the first place.

how can god forgive your sin if you hurt peoples? there are 3 kind of responsibility you have against:
1- the God
2- yourself
3- other peoples
for your responsibility aganst others, you should ask them to forgive you.
