Why would you want any more consequences other than BAD HEALTH? That alone is enough to KILL YOU. If that doesn't tell you to steer clear, I don't know what advise anyone could give you!

You would rather put your life in danger just to be "skinny?" Who exactly are you trying to lose weight for? If they want you to be small and on the verge of death, you need to leave them A.S.A.P. or this will probably be the last question you ever ask!

Seriously, the best thing to do for your body is to care for it. If you're hungry, eat! If you're sleepy, sleep! And so on. Other than that, do your best to stay active each day for about 20 minutes and keep a simple eating plan (less fatty foods, and more hearty foods and fruits and vegetables.) Doing that will put you at your OWN personal body weight and you will look GREAT because it will be the way YOUR body is INTENDED TO LOOK!

Anorexia isn't a body image, it's a body illness. Be happy with yourself, you already have the will power to diet and workout - that is all you need! Make it easy for yourself, stick with it, and you'll be happy attractive person! Good Luck

Eat only when hungry. Eat not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Be Anorexic and you will lose your hair and eventually die...think thats worth it? Be happy with who you are and stop giving in to the pressures of the ignorant world. That said if you really want to lose weight I would suggest getting to the gym and working your *** off, dont eat a lot of high calories and work yourself, and you will lose weight. That said..its really not that important, use your brain and make something of yourself and stop worrying so much about what people are going to say.

Let's see...people will think you're gross and disgusting when you're nothing but skin and bones...you'll lose a lot of muscle tissue, what little food you eat will make you constipated, you'll lose the elasticity in your skin...

Yeah, anorexia is nasty. If you're feeling as if that's your only option, talk with a health care professional/religious person/trusted friend...

Also, random fact, but try avoiding sodas (even diet sodas...it tricks your body into thinking it's sugar) and alcohol for a month or so. You'd be suprised how much weight they pack on.

Being anorexic will KILL YOU. (Well, I'm only exaggerating a little.) Diets don't work. You have to add exercise to your daily routine and change your eating habits permanently. You didn't gain the weight overnight, you aren't going to lose it overnight either.

Eat healthier and exercise and you will lose weight. It's the smart way and the healthy way.

Anorexia is not a choice.

Anorexia stops the body from working properly, but if you want to know what it could do to your health, organs shut down (my friend who had anorexia has malfunctioning kidneys and has compleatly lost control of her bladder), fine hair growing all over your body, brittle bones, sunken features, faintness, headaches I could go on......

Anorexia is not about losing the weight, it's about the control, please talk to somebody if you feel that stopping eating is the only option for you.

you are beautiful!

go to Weight watchers..you don't have the will power to stay the course..why go it alone? most diets fail..96% and only 4% lose the weight and keep it off for a year...you are setting yourself up to be a yo yo diet candidate..your body will keep wanting for you to gain the weight back with interest..unless you control your diet and exercise program

What about excercise? Elipiticals, stair masters, and weight training will not only help with the weight, but get you toned like a pop star. If you don't have access to gym, get workout DVD's that focus on fat burning and toning.
