If you are always angry, you need to examine the reasons why. If there is someone or more than one person who is antagonizing you, you may be justified in your feelings, but to take it out on one person is never a wise thing to do.
Couseling may help, but honestly...if you have gone (especially more than on one series of sessions), then you just need to kindly explain to the person, be it your brother or someone else to stop provoking your negative side.
Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative. And if someone brings out yor negatives more than the positives, it is time to avoid that person the bets you can.
Good luck, Tiger.

You're only 11 years old....what do you have to be so angry about? You should be happy, hanging out with friends and having fun. If you don't want help, then I guess you'll grow up an angry, mean person. Counseling is your best bet. I am a man, have fought in a war, and been through a lot in life and I've been to counseling. You should try it before you just say you won't do it. If you really want to change for the better, you will be willing to get help.

it's hard to figure out things when you are 11 years old. but if you look into yourself and really think about what is making you angry, you could get to the reason. sometimes the people we get mad at aren't' the real people that we are angry with - it just happens to be the person who is there or feel that this person is the weaker one who will not fight back. by realizing your anger is a good first step to stopping. i hope you have enough strength in yourself to realize you should never raise your hands to anyone. this is totally unacceptable. you have to be in control, you cannot expect someone else to do it for you. if you can conquer this problem with yourself, you'll be able to conquer anything - by this i mean we all take charge of our lives and how we control ourselves and our actions. if you can master this at the age of 11, you have learned the secret of being a great kid and better yet a terrific adult when the time comes. so when you are angry, step back, go to your room, think about what you are feeling, who you are mad at and WHY. then put it all in perspective, calm yourself down and when you feel relaxed discuss the situation - not with yelling or anger, that never solves anything - and you'll find you will get better results with yourself and with people.
