Citizens and non-resident aliens must pay income tax on all income earned in the States. However there are a few exceptions, such as certain student fees and stipends or if you offered independent personal services or are eligible for tax treaty treatment.
In general however, if you work here you pay taxes here and there are various tax forms that would have to be filed just as if you were a permanent resident.
Do a search for non resident alien tax in US and you will find loads of info. I hope this helped.

No, it is not. If you were working in the US, you must pay US taxes. Depending upon your status, you may only be taxed on the US source income or you may be subject to US taxes on your world-wide income.

the only way you where not to pay taxes is to work under table like most the hispanics here. and you got a check from a buisness then yes you have to pay , if you don't when they catch you you would have to pay it all back ,they can garnish your wages to get there money or they can take all your taxes till they get whats owed to them . but if you owe yes they will find you thats just all there is to it
