How lovely to see that you want to learn catalan. Being half spanish (catalan) but living in England it's always great to see other people wanting to learn the language.

I presume you're based in the UK but if not more and more universities are teaching the language and I'm sure you can get onto a language course without actually being a student, some colleges also offer it. Otherwise you should go to your local bookstore or library, there are sure to be some language books. Alternatively the best solution woud be to book yourself a cheap flight to Barcelona and enrol in one of the famous language schools, where better to learn a language than in the home country!
