Get allergy testing. Eating foods you are allergic to can cause lack of focus. Other than that try using your peak time of day for chores that require focus. For me 11:00 pm is when I am the brightest and most focussed. Sucks that its also bedtime then.
Oh, also eat healthy meals of both proteins and carbs to feed your mind.

Do mind excerises.
Nintendo ds brain training could be good for it.
Also drawing still life. Put a jug fruit and other object and draw them. Play sport you have to keep focus.
