The one u like and enjoy.

Eat only when hungry. Eat not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Apparently fish is the best meal due to the protein. We should eat it 3 - 4 times a week.

I like boneless chicken, suate'd in olive oil, with tomato's, and fresh melted Mozzerella cheese, and Basil. on the side I like string beans, or broccolli, with garlic, olive oil (OH POPEYE), and fresh Lemon wedge on top, with a shot of *Locatelli brand Ramono cheese. For dessert fresh fruit cut up with a little unsweeted whipped cream, the sugar in the fruit, makes the whipped cream taste sweetened.

I think a vegetable soup with lowfat, low sodium beef broth. It's packed full of vitamins, low fat, and low calorie.
