Sorry but I can help it !, before you call the police, you need to be sure he is a cannibal. To do this go with him to a very secluded place and render yourself helpless. If you survive, there is no need to call the police.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tell the police he might start eating more people or you might be next, but in some places cannibal is a religious thing but i do think it shouldnt be allowed in the US or whereever you are
