I think this is what you're looking for:

I can only presume you are referring to environmental objects such as trees, animals, water, air...(by the word 'developers'.
God created all these things. He then told us that it is all good and for our use.
If you are referring to killing; abortion or enemy, we are allowed - by God - to defend ourselves, so war and self defense are pretty much the same. Abortion and other killings are not justified.
