See a doctor for the chest pain sweetie. Please. That could be really serious and I don't want anything bad to happen to you. While you're there bring up the depression and see if the doctor can recommend a psychiatrist for you. Talking to a professional helps.

I was very depressed too. Please go for treatment to a doctor. I know it is hard to go and I know how it feels to think that nothing will help. Help is out there. You may need medication or therapy or a combination of both. Things can get better.

As far as your chest pains, you may have an aspect of anxiety tied in with your depression that is causing this. If your chest pains are extremely painful though, you really need to go the emergency room to make sure it is not a heart problem.

I wish the best for you.

talk to someone! like a doctor! they can recommend a good therapist and help you with the physical symptoms. you probably have a chemical imbalance in your brain and they can help figure out what it is. it might also just be stress. i get seizures/panic attacks from stress. are you trying to do too much in life? are you wearing yourself out by being there for everyone around you? your first responsibility is to your own body. so sit down and think of all you do, what you fear, what is motivating you. it might be time for a lifestyle change. and it's ALWAYS helpful to excercise and eat healthy. it makes your brain release endorphins, which makes you HAPPY. if you are, however, clinically depressed, it going to take more than that. whatever you choose, i still recommend the doctor in addition to whatever you decide to do.

I think depression is one symptom of heart problems though I am not sure. Never take a chance when it comes to your heart. It's better to look stupid at the hospital and have it be nothing than not have it checked and have something bad happen.

Hopefully, the chest pain is just anxiety, but go see a doctor anyway.
