Relevant factors:
1. How old are you?
2. Do they think you're desperate or screwed-up and doing it for the wrong reasons?
3. Do they think you'd blab about it afterwards?
4. Do they think you're unattractive? (This actually isn't a deal-breaker; it just would mean they'd have to be surer that you'll put in extra effort to be pleasing. And/or that you wouldn't blab)
5. Do they think you consistently want this, or only when you're in certain moods/drunk/depressed/whatever?

They also say they're pretty uncomplicated which is a bunch of BS too.
