How to stop bleeding piercing ?

I'ts an industrial piercing, i've had it for a day and it won't stop bleeding. What should i do?

It goes thru the top of my earlobe and thru the side, two piercings in one.

apply pressure, keep it clean and go to hospital, you want to avoid infection
